BLDC Wiper Motors for EO/IR and Sensor Windows
TRIYOSYS wiper motors use brushless DC (BLDC) drives to keep camera and sensor windows clear in rain, dust and mud. Each motor delivers 0.5 Nm rated torque and a wiping speed of 300°/s (±50°/s at 24 VDC) over a ±175° wipe angle, while drawing only 150 mA on average from an 18–32 V supply.
- Lifetime of 10 million cycles for long field deployments.
- IP67 protection, operating from -32°C to +55°C and storage from -40°C to +85°C.
- Military D38999/24KA35PN connector.
- Three models (TS-AS-BLDC-0001/0002/0003) that differ by motor shaft dimensions.
